Materials Planner & Execution Specialist

Join our Materials Planning team. Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our Wireline Services team arrange technical expertise to meet our client expectation. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.

Role and Responsibilities

Play a key role in on-time delivery to customers

Materials Planner & Execution Specialist you will be responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business. Work with operations and supply chain to translate the demand (forecasts, sales orders, planned orders) to physical orders and ensure they are delivered to meet the customer requirements.

  • Assisting in tracking and maintaining optimal inventory levels based on operational plans and forecasts.
  • Supporting in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Monitoring consignment items, repair and return cycles, and SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) inventory utilization.
  • Conducting periodic inventory and asset counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Maintaining accurate records of material transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, and disposals.
  • Supporting documentation for hazardous materials handling and disposal in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Highschool Diploma with 1-2 years experience in Logistics, or related field or relevant industry equivalent experience
  • Have experience 1-2 years in inventory/materials management.
  • Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others
  • Be excited by and demonstrate an ability to learn new processes and applications
  • Have proficient skills in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
