Duties & Responsibilities:



Ensure parts are moved through work centres with emphasis on working to a list of targeted items by schedulers. Verify paperwork and part location in Work In Progress (WIP). Interface with warehouse on job shortages. Support schedulers with work centre data clean-up. Coordination of Receiving & Delivery of Shipments with most timely and efficient manner. Any other reasonable duties deemed necessary by the Workshop Supervisor to all the department to operate effectively and efficiently. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. Comply with all ARM Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Function/ Purpose:



Coordinate shipments of products by all modes of transportation. Manage workshop Store & maintain safety consumables stock. Track consumption of Consumables. Organize workshop Store & Manage WIP spares. Distribution of Spares to WIP Jobs. Coordinate with freight forwarders, provide all necessary documentation for all domestic and international shipments. Arrange transportation services to meet needs of customers and production schedules. Ensure appropriate documentation and accurate inventory transactions in support of providing service to both internal/external customers. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. Comply with all OEM Company and HSE policies and procedures.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:



4 years’ experience in Inventory and Material coordination. Verbal and written Communication Time-management.* Computer & Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge.
