Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Master Document Controller (KSA Citizen) to join our Project Management Division in Jeddah, KSA. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of Document Control and Distribution to meet international standards.

Success in this role includes:

  1. Establishing and maintaining the Master Library for project documents.
  2. Developing and maintaining an effective electronic and hard-copy filing system for project documents.
  3. Managing document control registers for incoming and outgoing documents.
  4. Applying document control principles across engineering and supplier/contractor documents.
  5. Retrieving or generating electronic or hard copies of technical documentation as required.
  6. Leading document cataloging, packing, archiving, or disposal during project close-out.
  7. Monitoring and tracking archived materials in collaboration with Facilities Team.
  8. Ensuring confidentiality and security of all project documentation.
  9. Managing activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
  10. Using initiative to improve work processes, procedures, and systems.
  11. Communicating effectively at all levels to support teamwork and project goals.
  12. Supporting continuous development and mentoring colleagues.
  13. Maintaining a client-focused approach in service delivery.
  14. Performing any other duties as required.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor Degree in a related field. Fluency in English is essential. Experience with complex contracts and large-scale projects valued in billions of SAR is required.

Proficiency in the following software and systems is mandatory:

  • ProjectWise and Unifier EDM Systems
  • SharePoint
  • ISO9000 quality standards

Job-specific competencies include excellent communication skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities, knowledge of document management standards and procedures, including QMS.

This role is open to candidates holding a KSA Passport.
