Job description

ASMO is a groundbreaking joint venture between DHL and Aramco. Inheriting DHL's logistics excellence and Aramco's extensive supply chain ecosystem, we are here to set a new benchmark and redefine the procurement and supply chain landscape, enabling growth.

ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.

Objective:

The role holder is responsible for supporting the product manager in driving successful Technology product development, executing projects efficiently, and maintaining effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.

General Responsibilities:

  • Support the Product Manager in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and overseeing product development processes.
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation under the guidance of the product manager.
  • Execute assigned tasks and activities within the project, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
  • Assist in identifying project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Support the product manager in communicating project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Support product teams in their product decisions using quantitative data to inform the next steps.
  • Utilize performance metrics to evaluate if product development is satisfactory and aligned with development plans.
  • Conduct desktop research to monitor competitor activities, as well as any price movements and make recommendations that will be used in key decision making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
  • Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
  • 7 years experience in similar or related field
