Job Description

• Create, maintain, and validate master data for items, vendors, customers, pricing, and the chart of accounts.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, warehouse, and sales teams for consistent and accurate data updates
• Ensure proper data governance, including naming conventions, codes, units of measure, and classifications
• Perform regular audits and cleanups to maintain data integrity and support business reporting
• Participate in ERP rollouts, migrations, and UAT (user acceptance testing) as part of process improvement initiatives
• Generate master data reports and dashboards for analysis and decision support
• Support and train internal users on master data entry standards and processes

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
• 2+ years’ experience in data management or ERP master data roles.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic (mandatory).
• Prior experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Excellent Excel and data handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
