The Marketing Supervisor is tasked with crafting and executing marketing strategies to elevate the presence and expansion of the company and its sub-brands. This role involves stimulating sales, enhancing brand value, and ensuring uniform messaging throughout all marketing endeavors.
Key Duties :
- Develop customized marketing strategies for each sub-brand, ensuring harmony with their essence and target audience.
- Create and implement campaigns to boost involvement and sales.
- Supervise the marketing team, delegating responsibilities and providing training for efficient implementation.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to synchronize marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage finances and distribute resources efficiently among sub-brands.
- Carry out market research and analyze data to fine-tune strategies and enhance customer interaction.
- Uphold brand reputation through public relations and proactive management of customer feedback.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail industries.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in both English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in developing creative content, particularly visual and video-based materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team while managing projects independently.
- Prior experience in a marketing agency is considered a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing marketing projects or teams.
