Job description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Supervisor role with United Pharmaceuticals Company located in Jeddah.

The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as

- Coordinate with creative teams to produce marketing materials and content.

- Following and updating the social Media Calendar.

- Create layouts for posters and ads.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Social Media Marketing Calendar:

* Coordinate with creative teams to produce marketing materials and content.

* Establish, implement, and control the Marketing calendar within the brand plan.

* Weekly Editorial plan for all platforms.

* Following and updating the social Media Calendar

* Monthly Newsletter for marketing activity.

* Creative Content writing.

* Support the department on creative materials and designs.

Campaigns:

* Execute all campaigns instore or out of store (liaise with VM, Product Team, and merchandising to choose merchandise, conceive theme/idea, and coordinate with agency).

* Create layouts for posters and ads. Post campaign analysis for Management

* Manage and execute in-store campaigns or events.

Advertising:

* Liaison with Media Buying house to ensure the most effective media plan for the campaign

* Execution of advertising/communication campaigns across channels - social, email, and display

* Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO.

* Conduct market research and analyze to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures

* Maintain relationships with media partners and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

* Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.

Research:

* Ongoing market research to understand our customer, their preferences, and perception of the brand

* Creation, management, and analysis of internal research through stores

External/ Internal Relations

* Maintain an effective pool of suppliers: find suppliers that extend to different regions and which are cost-effective

* Management: Maintain relationships with management, get buy-in from all before proceeding with major projects.

* Build and manage a good relationship with Bloggers, influencers, community centers..etc.
