We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team under the Tamheer program. This position plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining partnerships with influencers to expand our brand reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Partnership Development: Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers across relevant platforms to enhance brand visibility.
2. Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to align with business goals and optimize ROI.
3. Content Collaboration: Coordinate with influencers to produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences and adheres to brand guidelines.
4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers to identify new collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of these business administration majors: Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or Marketing.
• Meet the requirements of the Tamheer Program.
• Good command of the English language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
