Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
Support the development of export activities by conducting studies, managing data resources, facilitating participation in exhibitions and trade missions, delivering exporter support services, overseeing training activities, update pricing structures, and ensuring proper handling of gifts and promotional items.
Key Accountability Areas
Export Studies and Information
- Provide up-to-date resources on the Kingdom’s trade agreements, export guides, and international banking transactions.
- Conduct and maintain specialized product studies and databases, including lists of Saudi exporters and restricted/prohibited tariff HS codes.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports on Saudi export performance for stakeholders.
Exhibitions and Trade Missions
- Coordinate the participation in international exhibitions and trade missions, ensuring proper logistics and representation.
- Arrange and coordinate factory visits for potential customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Prepare and manage marketing materials for events, including brochures, banners, and digital content.
- Coordinate the updates of social media platforms to promote events, initiatives, and services.
- Facilitate registration, participation, and post-event reporting for exporters.
Exporter Support Services
- Support in export incentive services and ensure accurate processing of applications.
- Support exporters by identifying and resolving export barriers in coordination with relevant authorities.
- Provide access to exporter tools, export houses, and readiness self-assessment resources.
- Handle and process requests to review export prevention and restriction decisions.
Training Services
- Organize and deliver workshops and training courses tailored to the needs of exporters.
- Maintain participant registration, attendance tracking, feedback collection, and post-training evaluation.
Product Pricing by Country
- Maintain and coordinate detailed product pricing lists for each country, ensuring competitiveness and profitability in target markets with respective functions and committees.
- Regularly review pricing structures to align with market trends, customer expectations, and company policies with respective functions and committees.
Order Management and Gifts Handling
- Oversee the inclusion and proper handling of gifts and promotional items in client orders.
- Ensure all gifts are distributed in accordance with organizational policies and relevant cultural norms.
- Track and reconcile gift inventories, ensuring accurate documentation and accountability

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Markting & Communication or Any relevant field
