As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence and drive consumer engagement. You will play a pivotal role in defining and communicating the essence of our brand, ensuring it resonates with our target audience. You will leverage your expertise in market trends, consumer behaviour, and digital platforms and will be collaborating cross-functionally to develop and implement impactful campaigns that not only enhance brand visibility but also contribute to business growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Writing briefs and manage third-party agencies;
  • Perform market research for the competitive landscape analysis;
  • Build relationships with vendors, agencies, Real Estate developers and other stakeholders;
  • Develop a brand strategy that fosters brand equity of Bayut;
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to improve product uptake & brand equity;
  • Accomplish marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising and promotion programs;
  • Research and implement new marketing platforms and creative mediums to promote sales;
  • Plan and execute company events;
  • Develop and maintain PR strategies;
  • Manage ATL & BTL budgets to ensure maximum value;
  • Plan, direct and monitor social media strategies and activities;
  • Manage Lead management campaigns to ensure effective sales;
  • Ensure effective use of company assets like OOH, Digital Space, etc;
  • Work closely with departments/ agencies and assist with new product and feature launches;
  • Track & report marketing performance to the top management;
  • Work on special projects given by the management.
