Position: Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms. Monitor and respond to direct messages (DMs) to enhance customer interaction and brand loyalty.
- Digital Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on social media to drive bookings and brand awareness.
- Website & App Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze website and booking app performance using tracking tools to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Google Map Management:
- Create and set up new branch listings on Google Maps to ensure all company locations are accurately represented.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings on Google Maps to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Generate and analyze monthly reports on Google Maps performance, including customer
- engagement, reviews, and ranking trends.
- External Booking Platforms Management:
- Manage content, bookings, and promotions on external platforms such as Booking.com, Rent a Car aggregators, and Gosteer to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Internal Communications:
- Coordinate internal events, develop and distribute newsletters, and communicate employee offers to improve team morale and engagement.
- Company Communication Channels:
- Oversee communication tools including company email systems and messaging platforms like Wati, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media content creation, scheduling, community management, and digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience with website analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in digital communication tools (email marketing software, WhatsApp Business API/Wati, content management systems).
