Role Requirements
The Marketing Specialist will be primarily responsible for media buying activities, managing and optimizing advertising campaigns to ensure maximum performance and return on investment (ROI). This role requires daily and hourly monitoring of campaign results to ensure success. The specialist will also act as the main focal point for coordination between marketing, content, and management teams, while supporting the overall marketing strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor media buying campaigns across multiple digital platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Snapchat, etc.).
- Manage advertising budgets and monitor spending to ensure cost efficiency.
- Track and analyze campaign performance regularly and provide detailed performance reports.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve click-through rates, conversions, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure message consistency across all channels.
- Manage relationships with media agencies and advertising service providers to ensure quality execution.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on media performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Act as the focal point between the marketing department and other departments involved in campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide recommendations for marketing strategy improvement.
- Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging advertising content tailored to target audiences.
- Perform A/B testing for campaigns and analyze results to determine the most effective approach.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
- Contribute to enhancing the customer journey through effective digital campaigns.
- Provide suggestions for improving tracking tools and performance dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in media buying and digital campaign management.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in advertising and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
