What this job involves:

• Implement the marketing and communication strategy and plan that aligns with the KSA's overall business goals and objectives, in line with the regional and global strategy, vision, initiatives, and guidelines.
• Execute the integrated marketing activations and campaigns in KSA, covering digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, as well as other channels. Manage the execution of public relations and communications initiatives to increase brand awareness and promote company news.
• Manage the development and execution of events and sponsorships to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams locally and regionally, business stakeholders, external agencies, and media partners.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of the results, using relevant metrics such as digital KPIs, lead gen KPIs, and others.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategy remains competitive and innovative.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure the successful development and deployment of marketing initiatives.

Desired skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage public relations and communications initiatives to enhance brand awareness and promote company news.
• Experience in developing and executing events and sponsorships to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
