Job Summary:

The Marketing & Operations Manager plays a key role in driving growth, efficiency, and patient engagement within the healthcare facility. This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on operational leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, effective promotion of services, and an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities - Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the clinic's services, specialties, and physicians.
  • Manage digital marketing platforms, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Create and oversee production of promotional materials and patient education content.
  • Coordinate community outreach, patient engagement campaigns, and healthcare events.
  • Monitor patient feedback and online reviews, ensuring timely responses and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare marketing reports to guide strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities - Operations

  • Oversee and coordinate daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Implement and optimize workflows, policies, and SOPs for front desk, scheduling, billing, and patient services.
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to maintain high standards of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
  • Track KPIs and operational metrics; prepare performance reports for the Managing Director.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA), and internal protocols.

Skills

Marketing & Operations Manager Skills:

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, EHR systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

General Skills:

  • Experience in aesthetic clinics, specialty practices, or wellness centers.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and accreditation standards.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for marketing collateral.
