About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to be our brand's voice, vibe, and energy on the ground in Saudi Arabia.

You'll be at the heart of Alaan's KSA story - building our local community, creating content that travels, launching unforgettable offline activations, and collaborating with influencers, creators, and customers. This is not a desk job. You'll be on the move, turning everyday interactions into brand moments.

We're looking for a doer. A builder. A connector. Someone who knows Saudi, lives and breathes

content, and can make things happen fast.

What you'll do

  • Content on the ground - Shoot and produce reels, customer stories, product demos, and on-the-fly content that fuels our marketing engine. From cafés to co-working spaces to customer offices, you'll go where the stories are - and bring them to life.
  • Run out KSA Community - Be the heart of Alaan in Saudi Arabia - digitally and in person. Manage and grow local WhatsApp groups and social touchpoints, drive authentic engagement, and make people feel part of something bigger. Share helpful resources, spark meaningful convos, and occasionally, drop a meme or two.
  • BTL Activations - Plan and execute creative brand moments: food truck stunts, mascot appearances, coffee shop pop-ups, and more. Lead all the ideation, coordination, and behind-the-scenes hustle.
  • Own the Event Game - Organize and host unforgettable community events, from venue sourcing to vibe setting. Ensure every touchpoint is on-brand and on-point.
  • Influencer and Creator Management - Build relationships with Saudi-based creators who align with our values. Brief, negotiate, review, and manage content pipelines with precision.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years in marketing
  • Proactive, creative, and seriously resourceful.
  • Love being out and about, not glued to a desk.
  • Based in Saudi Arabia, fluent in Arabic & English.
  • A well-rounded marketing generalist, you've done a bit of everything.
