What you’ll do


This role requires deep market insight, strategic agility, and leadership acumen to navigate a rapidly evolving business landscape.


You will work closely with regional and global teams to ensure go-to-market excellence, while also aligning with local regulatory


requirements, customer needs, and industry trends.


• Lead and represent the marketing function for Signify KSA, ensuring alignment with regional and global business priorities.


• Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that enhances market penetration, revenue growth, and profitability.


• Strengthen Signify’s positioning as the leading lighting brand in Saudi Arabia, leveraging market trends such as smart city initiatives, energy efficiency mandates, and LED transformation projects.


• Align marketing efforts with Saudi Vision 2030, focusing on sustainability, digitalization, and smart infrastructure projects.


• Oversee end-user and channel marketing strategies, ensuring effective B2B and B2C go-to-market models.


• Drive forecast accuracy and market demand planning to support business objectives.


• Optimize the marketing mix—including pricing, distribution, service offerings, and promotional plans—to maximize market share, sales, and margin.


• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, government bodies, and industry influencers to strengthen brand credibility and market access.


• Manage Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets, ensuring ROI-driven marketing investments.


• Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives, leveraging tools such as AI-driven customer insights, CRM, and marketing automation to enhance customer engagement.


• Drive Signify’s thought leadership in sustainable lighting, IoT-enabled solutions, and smart building technologies within KSA.


• Align with global best practices while ensuring local relevance in all marketing initiatives.


• Cultivate a culture of accountability, agility, and high performance within the marketing team.


• Identify, develop, and retain top marketing talent to build a best-in-class marketing organization.


• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, product management, and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence.


• Ensure full compliance with corporate governance, business integrity standards, and local regulatory requirements.


What you’ll need


• 10+ years of marketing experience in a technology-driven or B2B industry, preferably in lighting, smart building technologies, or adjacent sectors.


• Proven expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, and go-to-market execution.


• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including local regulations, business culture, and industry-specific growth drivers.


• Experience in channel marketing and direct-to-customer strategies, covering both B2B and B2C models.


• Knowledge of smart city, energy efficiency, and sustainable lighting trends in KSA.


• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive employee engagement.


• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and decision-making capabilities.


• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
