We are hiring a Marketing Manager on behalf of one of the most prominent names in the coffee and food & beverage sector. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful marketing initiatives and contribute to a fast-growing, consumer-focused brand.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s growth and positioning goals.
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including performance analysis and optimization.
  • Manage content creation and the brand’s presence across digital platforms and social media.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities and seasonal campaigns in coordination with the sales department.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and monitor competitor trends.
  • Enhance brand recognition and customer engagement across all channels.
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies, media outlets, and marketing service providers.
  • Produce regular marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Lead and support the internal marketing team, ensuring continuous development and efficiency.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the coffee or F&B industry.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise and proven campaign management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
