Job requirements

  1. Lead marketing initiatives across trade marketing, digital campaigns, and consumer engagement to elevate brand presence.
  2. Develop and execute a 360-degree brand strategy, covering awareness, retailer partnerships, and point-of-sale activations.
  3. Conduct market research and leverage consumer insights to craft a 5-year growth strategy.
  4. Identify new category opportunities, expanding from surface cleaning into laundry, air care, and personal care.
  5. Work closely with sales teams to secure prime shelf space and drive category growth in hypermarkets, supermarkets, and e-commerce platforms.
  6. Manage product development projects, including packaging, fragrance, and format innovations tailored to local consumer preferences.

About you

  • Proven experience in FMCG marketing, with a strong background in trade marketing, digital activations, and traditional campaigns.
  • Household cleaning product expertise is preferred, but experience in personal care can also be relevant.
  • Multinational FMCG experience (e.g., Reckitt, Unilever, P&G) is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia's retail landscape, including major supermarkets and e-commerce players.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing strategies that go beyond traditional approaches.
  • Arabic speakers preferred, though strong candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience launching or scaling product lines within household cleaning or personal care is a plus.
  • Candidates from Egypt with significant category management experience are welcome to apply.
