About the location:


Located in the heart of Saudi Arabia’s vibrant capital, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is an architectural icon soaring over the city in the Kingdom Tower. Our redesigned interiors showcase authentic Saudi heritage and craftsmanship, while our dedicated team offers personalized service and hospitality.

Purpose: To develop and execute strategic marketing and communication initiatives that enhance the Hotel’s visibility, focusing on Food & Beverage. This role collaborates closely with the PR Director and other departments to align with the Hotel’s business objectives and brand positioning.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the PR Director to generate local awareness and assist in developing all in-house marketing initiatives and the annual marketing plan.
  2. Oversee the hotel’s digital content strategy and manage F&B social media channels, creating engaging content to increase follower interaction.
  3. Maintain the Hotel website and ensure alignment with the Hotel’s positioning and business goals, linking to other FS content channels where appropriate.
  4. Manage the Hotel’s online reputation by monitoring reviews and analyzing market competition for insights.
  5. Assist in developing and executing the annual Food & Beverage Marketing plan based on provided guidelines.
  6. Coordinate with Rooms, F&B, and Spa teams to develop promotional activities and calendars to stimulate revenue, fostering positive interdepartmental relationships.
  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis, making adjustments as needed.
  8. Establish relationships with luxury brands and explore partnership opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with graphic designers to develop marketing materials such as advertisements, collateral, and direct mailers.
  10. Manage relationships with creative agencies, providing marketing briefs and overseeing project progress.
  11. Apply strategic oversight to the Hotel’s community relations, CSR, and sustainability initiatives.
  12. Support the Director of Marketing with SEO, digital marketing, PPC, e-commerce, and multimedia shoots to ensure messaging consistency.
  13. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  14. Utilize F&B social media channels to amplify key messages and activities, emphasizing strategic communication and search optimization.
