Job Title: Marketing Manager
Your primary purpose in this role is to lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of the Virgin Atlantic plan in the KSA market (B2C & B2B) to achieve brand, customer, and commercial outcomes.
In This Role, You Will:
- Be accountable for creating impactful and effective demand-generating activity plans endorsed by the commercial team to meet revenue targets across KSA, ensuring Virgin Atlantic is the airline of choice for consumers and B2B partners. This involves galvanizing resources and prioritizing plans to succeed in KSA.
- Collaborate across the enterprise with a strategic lens on all communications while being able to adapt to daily trading requirements, ensuring top-quality delivery across all touchpoints to generate revenue. Influence teams and partners to implement an annual plan across social media, CRM, trade marketing, PR, loyalty communications, and digital/e-commerce. Leverage data insights to identify opportunities and evaluate ROI.
- Lead external agencies in KSA (media & creative) to develop and execute campaigns based on insights, inspiring agency teams to deliver world-class work through strategic rigor and creative excellence, especially given budget constraints.
- Manage all B2B communications in KSA to position Virgin Atlantic as the airline of choice with trade partners, providing sales teams with effective tools and materials.
- Own the relationship with the local PR agency to maximize earned media coverage.
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Significant experience in brand strategy and campaign delivery across multiple categories, including managing large-scale brands with complex routes to market
- Extensive experience in the KSA market; broader global experience is advantageous
- Proven ability to manage the full marketing mix, including advertising, PR, social, content, digital, sponsorship, and B2B
- Strong strategic and customer-centric thinking
- Track record of increasing ROI and marketing effectiveness
- Deep digital and social media expertise
- Strong analytical skills for insights-driven actions
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to inspire and influence
- Effective stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging cross-functional teams
- Strong influencing skills, especially with commercial and external partners
