Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence in the office furniture retail sector.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage external agencies, and ensure strong digital and offline marketing performance.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals, including brand positioning, market penetration, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO: Supervise and collaborate with the SEO company and digital marketing agency to optimize website traffic, search rankings, and online visibility.
  • Social Media & Website Performance: Monitor and analyze KPIs for social media platforms, website traffic, and digital campaigns to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Advertising & Media Buying: Oversee media buying strategies and ensure effective allocation of marketing budgets for maximum brand exposure and lead generation.
  • Exhibitions & Events: Plan and manage company participation in annual exhibitions and industry events, ensuring impactful brand representation and lead generation opportunities.
  • Content & Branding: Oversee content creation for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and engagement across platforms.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches.
  • Collaboration & Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (sales, design, supply chain) to align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report marketing campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, furniture, or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and performance analytics.
  • Experience in handling marketing agencies and vendors for SEO, digital marketing, and media buying.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing exhibitions and industry events.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret marketing performance metrics.
  • Creativity and innovation in campaign execution.
