Candidate Profile

Main Duties & Objectives

Lead the development of all marketing plans.
Ensure the implementation of effective marketing strategies.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
Develop the corporate brand identity in consultation with senior managers, executives, and partners.
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
Consistently identifying new or expanded revenue opportunities and strategizing the implementation of plans.
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features).
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Collaborating with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights and innovative marketing and branding strategies.
Managing creative agencies and retainer partners.
Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI).
Ensure that the website, promotional material, and marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Qualification

Bachelor s Degree in Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
Master s Degree is a plus.

Languages

Fluency in English
