Job Description

Objective:

  • Developing and executing market-specific marketing strategies for Eastern Europe and the GCC region.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, including building relationships with distributors, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Navigating the regulatory landscape and ensuring compliance for product approvals and registrations in these regions.
  • Positioning Vital's product portfolio effectively and enhancing brand recognition within the veterinary industry.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing veterinary pharmaceuticals and supplements.
  • Proven track record of successful market entry and expansion in Eastern Europe and the GCC region.
  • Regional Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer preferences, distribution networks, and regulatory requirements in the targeted regions.
  • Existing networks and relationships within the veterinary pharmaceutical and supplements industry are highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Vital team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to the targeted regions.
  • Preferred Nationality:
  • While we are open to candidates from various nationalities, we prefer an Indian national who understands the regional dynamics and can effectively bridge operations between India and the targeted markets.
  • Employment Terms:
  • Will report directly to the Business Development team.
