Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead BirdEye’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical skills, and play a key role in driving awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with BirdEye’s business goals.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, PR).
  • Strengthen BirdEye’s brand presence across KSA and GCC markets.
  • Manage content creation, messaging, and storytelling for B2B audiences.
  • Analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and partnerships teams to ensure go-to-market alignment.
  • Lead BirdEye’s participation in key industry events (e.g., LEAP, NTDP, etc.).
  • Oversee marketing budget, vendors, and agency relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably SaaS, retail-tech, or B2B).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
