About the role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the sales pipeline through quality lead generation activities. This role will focus on fostering close professional relationships with commercial colleagues, representing RS marketing within the Middle East region, and ensuring the successful execution of both traditional and digital marketing strategies. The primary objective is to create, execute, and optimize the local annual marketing plan for product certification utilizing a full spectrum of digital and traditional marketing channels. This position plays a critical role in increasing market share, revenue, and profitability through strategic marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and data-driven digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the local annual marketing strategy and plan, aligning with the global strategy and focusing on key growth areas in territory.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to share local insights, ensuring global campaigns are adapted, optimized and deployed for specific market needs.
Produce and manage local marketing activities such as events, workshops, webinars, and seminars, in collaboration with regional industry associations to effectively reach target audiences.
Integrate digital marketing strategies including PPC, SEO, and paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation, leading to opportunities, sales and revenue.
Occasional travel is required for core meetings and events (up to 30%)
To be successful in the role, you will:
Demonstrated track record planning and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
Graduate (or equivalent) in Marketing or related discipline.
Excellent level of written and spoken English, Arabic preferred, other languages advantageous.
End to end event management experience, with demonstrable examples of event selection, planning and follow up with positive impact/ ROI.
Experience with marketing automation tools, creating emails and landing pages.
Industry experience within Product Certification relating to Building Materials and Fire is highly advantageous.
