Job description

Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who can lead and oversee all marketing activities, develop strategies, plan and execute marketing campaigns and build and maintain a strong and consistent brand.

As a Marketing Manager at Dailymealz you will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels by undertaking market research, understanding the trends and customer preferences, and overseeing the creation of marketing materials and content.

The ideal manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branding, advertising, marketing plans and strategies with specific objectives across different channels and segments in order to promote the business and generate genuine traffic

  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and organize promotional events, and own their implementation from ideation to execution

  • Monitor and measure the performance of current marketing campaigns and its impact and effectiveness to ensure that desired results are achieved

  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and provide reports to stockholders to allocate funds wisely

  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need

  • Gather and analyze customer insights, customer behavior and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and generate more qualified leads

  • Create valuable and engaging content for our website, social media and any other marketing channels to attract our target groups

  • Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones

  • Lead and train marketing team members to insure that all tasks are completed and all objectives are met in timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

  • A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous

  • 2 years' experience as a marketing manager

  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding

  • Excellent leadership skills, communication skills, and time management abilities

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
