About the location:

Redesigned interiors bring authentic Saudi heritage and craftsmanship to life, while our distinguished team provides a bespoke experience through thoughtful, personalized service and hospitality.

Purpose

To develop and execute strategic marketing and communication initiatives that enhance the Hotel's visibility, with a particular focus on Food & Beverage. This role collaborates closely with the PR Director and other departments to ensure alignment with the Hotel's business objectives and brand positioning.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Work with the PR Director on generating local awareness; and assist in the development of all in-house marketing initiatives as well as the development and execution of the annual marketing plan.
  2. Along with the Dir. of PR & Communications, oversee the hotel's digital content strategy and manage the Hotel's F&B social media channels, creating relevant and engaging content and increasing follower engagement.
  3. Maintain the Hotel website and ensure the hotel's web and app presence are aligned with the Hotel's positioning and business objectives, linking to other FS content channels where possible.
  4. Overlook Hotel's online reputation management, including oversight of online reviews and monitoring the competition for market insights.
  5. Assist in the development and execution of an annual Food & Beverage Marketing plan, based on guidelines provided in the annual plan instructions.
  6. Work closely with Rooms, F&B, and Spa teams to develop promotional activities and calendars to stimulate revenue opportunities. Maintain positive relationships with other departments.
  7. Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  8. Develop relationships with other luxury brands and explore partnership opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with graphic designers to develop or edit marketing materials, including advertisements, collateral, and direct mailers.
  10. Manage relationships with creative agencies, assist with marketing briefs, and follow up on projects.
  11. Use a strategic approach to oversee the Hotel's community relations, CSR, and sustainability initiatives.
  12. Assist the Director of Marketing with SEO, digital marketing, PPC, e-commerce, and media shoots to ensure messaging and creative consistency.
  13. Stay informed of market trends and competition's marketing activities, implementing necessary changes.
  14. Leverage F&B social media channels to amplify key messages and activities, enhancing search visibility and strategic communication.
