Job Description
  1. Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement annual marketing plans that strengthen the brand’s market position.
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Digital Marketing Management:
    • Oversee paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
    • Improve SEO performance and manage online content.
    • Handle the company’s social media platforms.
  3. Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
    • Develop initiatives to boost customer loyalty and improve brand image.
  4. Performance Analysis:
    • Track marketing campaign results using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Prepare regular reports to measure return on investment (ROI).
  5. Budget Management:
    • Develop and monitor the annual marketing budget.
    • Ensure efficient use of marketing resources.
  6. Internal Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with sales, customer service, and product development teams for integrated marketing execution.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads Certification).
