Job description

A reputable and well-established Energy & Light Systems Manufacturing company is actively recruiting a Marketing Manager for their team in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  1. Develop marketing strategies aligned to business objectives across different platforms.
  2. Manage the end-user and channel marketing strategies to ensure efficient B2B and B2C go-to-market models.
  3. Plan and execute well-performing campaigns, conferences, and workshops to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, government bodies, and industry influencers to enhance brand credibility and expand market access.
  5. Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  6. Analyse performance of the marketing campaigns.
  7. Manage a team of marketing professionals to drive the team to achieve and support overall marketing functions.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  1. Minimum 10 years of marketing experience.
  2. Proven experience developing marketing plans, brand management, and go-to-market execution.
  3. In-depth understanding of the KSA market.
  4. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  5. Creative thinker, with strong leadership and communication skills.
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
