Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge of the Saudi F&B sector, a solid network in the region, and proven success in launching and growing food and beverage brands. This role is critical in building our brand presence, driving consumer engagement, and increasing market share in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to the Saudi market across retail, dine-in, delivery, and online channels.
  • Manage local market research, consumer behavior studies, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead brand positioning, product marketing, and promotional campaigns in line with Saudi cultural preferences and regulations.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
  • Work with local agencies and media partners to execute creative and culturally relevant campaigns.
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and community activations.
  • Track KPIs and campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on ROI and data analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) regulations and any local advertising laws.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team or work with outsourced partners as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in the F&B industry within Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience in brand building, product launches, and customer acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi market trends, consumer behavior, and local cultural insights.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.

Skills

  • Experience working with restaurant chains, QSR brands, or packaged F&B products.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, delivery apps (Jahez, HungerStation, etc.), and food tech trends in KSA.
  • Network with local influencers, chefs, food bloggers, and media outlets.
