To lead and execute the company’s marketing strategy both internally and externally, ensuring a strong corporate identity, supporting internal departments, promoting digital and software products, and enhancing the company’s professional image among clients and partners. The role also includes planning, managing, and participating in events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Marketing
- Develop and manage the company’s corporate identity and ensure consistent internal marketing messages.
- Support internal departments (Sales, HR, Product, Technology) with marketing materials, presentations, and company profiles.
- Oversee internal content such as newsletters, service descriptions, success stories, and company achievements.
- Build a marketing-driven culture within the organization and increase employee awareness of the company’s vision and products.
- Collaborate with HR on employer branding initiatives.
2. External Marketing
- Plan and execute external marketing campaigns to strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Market digital and software products to targeted customer segments.
- Manage digital channels including the website, social media platforms, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Build and manage relationships with partners, media agencies, and influencers.
- Oversee the company’s participation in exhibitions, conferences, and technology events, from planning to execution and evaluation.
- Represent the company in external meetings and events when required.
3. Planning & Analysis
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities.
- Measure marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within technology companies or digital/software products.
- Proven experience in managing internal and external marketing activities and organizing events.
- Strong understanding of digital product marketing and technology business models.
