Job description

As we continue to grow at Lendo, we’re looking for a delivery-focused Marketing Manager to oversee the execution of our marketing initiatives across channels and teams. In this key role, you’ll manage internal resources and external agencies, ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and on brand, and play a central part in keeping our campaigns running smoothly - from digital activations to creative rollouts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the delivery of all marketing initiatives in line with the company’s roadmap.

  • Supervise internal team members and ensure tasks are delivered to expected quality and timelines.

  • Work closely with external agencies including:

    • Digital marketing agency (e.g. performance campaigns)

    • Creative agency (e.g. brand and content assets)

    • UX/UI agency (outsourced product design work)

  • Manage coordination between internal departments (Product, Sales, Operations) and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

  • Track and monitor ongoing campaigns, provide status updates, and escalate issues where needed.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all assets and channels.

  • Support with regulatory compliance in marketing materials (training and onboarding provided).

  • Take full ownership of task delivery without being responsible for strategy-setting or budget planning.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or campaign coordination.

  • Proven ability to manage teams and agencies to deliver high-quality work on time.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, creative production, and content workflows.

  • Detail-oriented, delivery-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.

  • Experience in FinTech or regulated industries is a plus, but not required.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English is required
