Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Manager at COLORS Co. in Jeddah. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s marketing efforts, including developing strategic plans, managing campaigns, overseeing branding, and ensuring effective communication across all platforms. This role plays a key part in driving business growth, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, set goals, and evaluate performance regularly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies and external vendors.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing content, including copywriting, design, and digital assets.
  • Enhance customer experience through marketing initiatives that focus on customer needs.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of company events, promotional activities, and exhibitions.
  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports on marketing campaign performance and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of new products or services.
  • Represent the company at conferences, events, and industry exhibitions.

Qualifications
