About the role

Food People is working with a fast-growing FMCG business in Saudi Arabia to find a creative and hands-on Marketing Manager. In this role, you will play a central role in managing brand equity, consumer engagement, and marketing effectiveness for the company’s portfolio, while shaping its brand identity and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and refine brand architecture, value propositions, and positioning across multiple product categories.
  • Design and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.
  • Lead the analysis of market and consumer data to inform branding decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touch points.
  • Act as a brand guardian across product lines, ensuring adherence to positioning and quality standards.
  • Monitor marketing performance against KPIs and propose enhancements where needed.
  • Present marketing plans based on performance and market intelligence.
  • Manage relationships with creative, media, and research agencies maintaining brand standards.

Key Ingredients

  • In accordance with regulations of Saudi Arabia, this position is open to nationals only.
  • Strong FMCG experience in marketing and branding.
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in marketing.
  • Experience in the beverage industry is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi market and wider GCC consumer behaviour.
  • Hands-on, adaptable and confident working in entrepreneurial, high-growth businesses.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, stakeholders and agency partners simultaneously.
