Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing function of the organization.

This role will own the strategic direction, execution, and performance of all marketing activities including market research, branding, digital and conventional marketing, and social media. The Marketing Manager will coordinate closely with internal teams and manage external agencies to ensure consistent and high-impact communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all marketing-related coordination across departments.
  • Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders (product, sales, compliance, digital, etc.) and external agencies (advertising, media, creative, research).
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality output.
  • Oversee market research initiatives to gather insights on customer behaviour, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product development, customer targeting, and brand positioning.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels and materials.
  • Ensure corporate branding is applied uniformly across internal documents, external marketing, presentations, and digital platforms.
  • Support the organization’s public relations, media presence, and executive communications where needed.
  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, search, print, events, etc.).
  • Manage performance marketing efforts across digital platforms — including SEO/SEM, paid media, and marketing automation tools.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools.
  • Define and implement social media strategy aligned with marketing and brand goals.
  • Oversee daily content planning, publishing schedules, performance tracking, and audience engagement.
  • Manage corporate social media accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others as appropriate.
  • Work closely with the digital product team to provide marketing input on UI/UX design, customer journey mapping, and content strategy.
  • Contribute to usability testing, feedback loops, and ongoing refinement of digital platforms (website, app, portals).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in SAMA-regulated institutions (banks, insurance, finance, or fintech) in Saudi Arabia; international and/or Middle East experience is preferable.
  • Demonstrated success in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, brand management, and digital strategy.
  • Experience managing external agencies and working cross-functionally with internal departments.
  • Strong understanding of the KSA financial sector, regulatory requirements, and consumer expectations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
