We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Marketing Manager who will be the primary person responsible for managing and executing the marketing strategy across all brands and companies under the Hisham Albloshi Group. These brands are relatively new to the market but have high potential, and therefore require strong, creative, and intensive marketing efforts.
The Marketing Manager will coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. This includes managing communication with both in-house team members and external service providers, influencers, agencies, and freelancers. The role will report directly to the CEO, align with the CEO’s set goals and sales targets, and be directly accountable for achieving them.
We expect the Marketing Manager to utilize a wide range of marketing tools and channels, including influencer collaborations, digital marketing, social media, and other innovative methods to drive brand awareness and sales. The candidate must understand how to create campaigns that connect with target audiences and maximize ROI, even when working with new and growing brands.

• Lead the marketing efforts for multiple brands and companies, all in early growth stages.

• Take full ownership of marketing execution and performance across all brands.

• Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, paid social media advertising, and other promotional activities.
• Develop creative, high-impact campaigns to strengthen brand presence in the market.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to multiple sectors.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through strategic marketing.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
