Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jeddah for a Marketing Manager at Ghusoun Restaurant.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive engagement across all platforms.

Daily tasks include developing promotional campaigns, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and coordinating with creative teams for content production.

The Marketing Manager will also collaborate closely with the restaurant’s management team to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience of not less than 5 years in the F&B (Food & Beverage) industry — this is a must
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills for market research, performance tracking, and competitor analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in social media management, paid advertising, and audience engagement
  • High level of creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
