Job Description

Do you have a heart to serve and love being part of a team? As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for leading the Marketing Communications efforts. You are expected to be a dynamic, energetic, and effective leader and coach. To succeed, you should embody the core values of Accor Hotels, demonstrating enabling, collaborative, and entrepreneurial leadership styles as outlined in the Leadership Capability Framework of Accor Hotels.

What you will be doing :

1. Maintain good working relationships with local and international media.
2. Keep current media lists updated: local and international travel, leisure, lifestyle, entertainment, business, and food editors.
3. Execute media placements for the hotel through news releases and personal contacts.
4. Develop business and leisure travel promotions and distribute them to press and/or target audiences.
5. Explore valuable media trades where appropriate.
6. Arrange photography of VIP guests and maintain archives.
7. Assist in developing and producing sales support materials for the hotel.
8. Monitor all printed materials for adherence to corporate identity standards.
9. Establish PR & Communications programs that support business strategies.
10. Assist with the creation and implementation of local, regional, and international advertising campaigns.
11. Collaborate seamlessly with the External PR Agency, ensuring the full value of the agency is leveraged, and communicate effectively to maximize their strengths.
