Your Day-to-Day:

  1. Assisting in analyzing competitor positioning—both direct and indirect—to help define a clear and differentiated market stance for target audiences.
  2. Monitoring market trends and consumer behavior to ensure offerings across the hotel and its outlets align with guest expectations, adapting strategies where necessary.
  3. Contributing to a content strategy that delivers consistent, relevant messaging across all platforms to attract, convert, and retain customers.
  4. Creating content for room and F&B campaigns that align with business goals, resonate with the audience, and drive conversions.
  5. Assisting in setting up performance tracking systems to measure success.
  6. Supporting the development of strategic partnerships and sponsorships that increase brand awareness and enhance brand preference.
  7. Managing social media platforms and processes to drive tactical campaigns, engage audiences, and grow the hotel’s digital presence and client database.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage workload independently.
  • Proven experience in content creation for web, print, and social media.
  • Creative and innovative with a keen interest in digital trends and emerging technologies.
  • A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with graphic/web design tools is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and offline marketing channels.
  • Video editing skills are a strong advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Full working rights in the applicable region.
