Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Programme Implementation: Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and activities in the Middle East region, coordinating with regional and local teams.
  2. Committee Management: Assist in managing activities of the local Area Commercial Forum (ACF) and Area Sales Forum (ASF), ensuring timely implementation within budget.

Decision Making Responsibilities:

  • Support local marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and training programs.
  • Assist in organizing events and managing partnerships with marketing assets.
  • Review and approve translations and communication materials in English and Arabic.
  • Manage relationships with local marketing agencies for advertising, design, and printing.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, including IHG One Rewards initiatives.

Key Relationships:

Internal: Hotel Sales Team, Area Marketing Managers, KSA Head of Sales, Distribution & Channel Marketing Team, Brand Marketing teams, Revenue Management.

External: Owners, GMs, Sales teams, advertising/media agencies, industry bodies, partners in travel and non-travel sectors in KSA.

Education: Degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years experience in marketing or sales, preferably in hospitality or travel.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English, culturally sensitive.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing, digital campaigns, analytics, agency management, and partnership programs is preferred.
