Job description

Marketing Programme Implementation: Support the delivery of marketing programmes and activities in the Middle East region in coordination with the regional Lead Area Marketing Manager, the Marketing Director, the wider Distribution & Channel Marketing team (DCM), and KSA Brand teams.

Committee Management: Assist in managing activities of the local Area Commercial Forum (ACF) and Area Sales Forum (ASF). Ensure activities are implemented on time, within budget, and aligned with committee guidelines.

Support local marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and the Area Sales Forum. Manage local marketing trainings (e.g., IHG One Rewards) and organize GM, Sales, and Marketing events. Foster local partnerships with relevant IHG marketing assets.

Proofread and approve translations and adaptations of communications in English and Arabic. Manage local marketing agencies for advertising, design, and printing in accordance with company guidelines. Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans.

Support the implementation of IHG One Rewards in local markets to maximize revenue per customer. Ensure central marketing teams are aware of country-specific needs and market nuances.

Internal: Hotel tasks, Hotel Sales Team, Area Marketing Executive, Area Marketing Managers, Head of Sales Effectiveness, Area Director of Sales, Director of Operations, KSA Brand Marketing teams, KSA Revenue Management.

External: Stakeholders, GMs, Sales teams, advertising/media/PR agencies in KSA, local suppliers, industry bodies, airline and travel partners.

Education: Degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience.

Skills/Qualifications: 1-2 years experience in marketing/sales in hospitality or travel preferred; strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills; fluent in English; experience with multi-channel marketing, social media, digital campaigns, market research, agency management, and partnership marketing.
