KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Event Planning & Execution: Organize and execute marketing events, activations, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution, including logistics, budgeting, and compliance.
Tenant & Partner Engagement: Develop relationships with tenants, sponsors, and partners to create collaborative event opportunities.
Marketing Support: Assist in creating promotional materials, social media content, and digital campaigns to amplify event reach and engagement.
Operational Management: Handle internal processes and applications (e.g., Yardi, Kissflow, Freshdesk) to streamline marketing and event-related activities.
Inventory & Asset Control: Manage event-related marketing assets, including branding materials, equipment, and promotional items.
Performance Evaluation: Track and report on event performance, analyzing attendance, engagement, and ROI to optimize future marketing strategies.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in event marketing, preferably in shopping malls, retail, or large-scale activations.
