Job Purpose
The Marketing Director leads the development and execution of strategic, sales-aligned marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in the FMCG sector. The role oversees the marketing function, partners closely with cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in marketing with at least 3 years as Marketing Director in FMCG.
- Proven track record of brand growth and revenue impact.
- Strong experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end campaigns with measurable results.
