About the Role

We are hiring a passionate, results-oriented Marketing Director to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for a prominent urban development group operating across the GCC. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, digital expertise, and hands-on leadership to manage a 20-member multidisciplinary marketing team.

You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate closely with Sales, Development, and Finance to shape the company’s brand presence, oversee project marketing campaigns, and manage high-profile exhibitions and events across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full spectrum of marketing—from strategic planning to execution—across 6 specialized units.
  • Manage and mentor a 20-person team across operations, digital, creative, comms, project marketing, and events.
  • Oversee the creation of all brand and project assets—brochures, videos, website, social media, etc.
  • Drive digital marketing performance (CRM, paid media, dashboards, ROI measurement).
  • Coordinate project launches, Cityscape, and major events across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC.
  • Strengthen media and influencer relationships and handle corporate PR and crisis communications.
  • Ensure effective cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Background in real estate development or luxury hospitality is essential.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams (15+), manage complex campaigns, and drive measurable sales growth.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC countries.
