Job Description

We are looking for a people-oriented Marketing Coordinator (Saudi National) based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. If you have experience in a fast-paced marketing support function or similar, then this could be the ideal role for you! Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work closely with the local sales and regional marketing team to drive marketing activities.

This position requires an enthusiastic individual who understands the formwork and scaffolding industry. Your extensive experience in the construction field will make you successful in this role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
  • General coordination with internal stakeholders to support content creation and publishing approvals for social media posts, project editorials, and press releases.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external events and trade show participations.
  • Preparation of design briefs for sales promotions, flyers, brochures, social media posts, etc. according to corporate design guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • Qualification in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
  • Professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ideally experience working with corporate design guidelines.
  • Ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with stakeholders on all levels.
