Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Implement marketing strategies and brand plans for the assigned product category.
  • Analyze sell-in performance to detect distribution gaps and potential opportunities in specific channels and retailers.
  • Execute trade promotions and channel strategies aligned with key accounts and trade channels, ensuring compliance with set guidelines.
  • Monitor and track promotion and activity budgets according to approved strategies.
  • Update the Promotion Monitoring Table (PMT) on a monthly basis.
  • Track and report competitor activities monthly, including frequency and types of promotions across trade sectors, for analysis and reference.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Category teams on deadlines for:
    • Promotions
    • Pack/price changes
    • New product launches
    • POSM (Point of Sale Materials)
    • Other marketing activities
  • Prepare monthly sales closing presentations for the relevant province or business unit.
  • Monitor NAPCO pricing vs. competitors via quarterly "price fishing" reports.
  • Conduct weekly market visits to ensure full implementation of the marketing mix.
  • Ensure proper product positioning by overseeing merchandising in alignment with pre-approved brand planograms.
