- Coordinating RentokilBoecker® Marketing activities in Saudi Arabia such as branding, advertising, events and exhibitions, online campaigns, and digital media.
- Prepares content for the branch to be posted on social media platforms
- Assists with daily administrative and operational activities of the marketing and communications department ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Sustain needed inventory level of marketing materials, promotional items and uniforms.
- Coordinate with the Group Marketing and Communications Department on updating the company’s website and social media platforms related to branch’s activities.
- Coordinate the distribution process of press releases and newsletters to all clients.
- Execute hands on activities in internal and external events and handle their implementation.
- Communicate, follow up and ensure quality output with marketing materials suppliers (printing presses, promotional items, etc.).
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on branding and maintaining Rentokil-Boecker® image.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office, basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
