Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Head of Marketing in executing AJIL’s marketing strategy. The role is central to coordinating campaigns, managing agency deliverables, and ensuring seamless execution across initiatives from brand building to product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as executive assistant to the Head of Marketing, coordinating schedules, tasks, and project timelines.
  • Liaise with PR, digital, and branding agencies to ensure on-time, on-brand deliverables.
  • Support campaign planning and execution for product launches and corporate events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership.
  • Assist in vendor onboarding, budget tracking, and marketing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with AJIL’s brand guidelines in all communications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or executive support roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
