Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to join our dynamic, fast-paced, multidisciplinary team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking and managing stakeholder expectations across various internal service lines, with B2B, B2C, and B2G client bases. The role involves maintaining the Knight Frank brand's creative standards and tone of voice across all marketing activities and campaigns.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will execute marketing strategies for our Strategy and Consultancy business in Saudi Arabia, focusing on brand awareness and business growth. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will ensure consistency in brand collateral and support our Saudi Arabia offices, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives. Additionally, you will organize client events and engagements.
This position requires fluency in Arabic and English, along with excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a detailed activity calendar for all marketing communications activities, updating it weekly for stakeholders and the marketing team.
- Assist in managing projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate with regional marketing, IT, and web teams to ensure alignment and service delivery.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and campaigns.
- Engage with regional teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Support the Saudi Arabia business by briefing projects to marketing and external suppliers as needed.
- Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and proposals.
- Serve as the main contact for regional offices and service line heads regarding marketing activities.
- Create and monitor adherence to best practice process guidelines, providing ongoing training.
- Prepare checklists for events, corporate materials, and research outputs with managerial support.
- Manage Saudi Arabia-based events as necessary.
- Act as the GDPR and CRM contact for marketing.
- Collaborate with business leads to support marketing efforts.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in real estate and consulting within the region.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify event and speaking opportunities.
- Work with content teams to create marketing materials tailored to the Saudi market in Arabic.
- Proof content to ensure it aligns with brand style.
- Manage the production cycle of marketing design projects for KSA and the broader business.
- Source imagery for campaigns and manage related subscriptions.
- Oversee external and internal content production processes.
- Coordinate with social media, content, and PR teams on distribution strategies.
- Support seasonal activities and report launches such as National Day, Eid, Ramadan, and global research reports.
- Manage relationships with print suppliers and oversee delivery of printed materials.
- Serve as the key point of contact for marketing requests within KSA.
- Develop and enforce marketing guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure prominent and timely dissemination of KSA business news across digital and social platforms.
- Coordinate all aspects of KSA events, including logistics and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the shipment and customs clearance of event materials.
- Manage relationships with vendors, including venue booking, catering, AV, and guest management.
- Travel within Saudi Arabia to oversee and manage events as needed.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing within Saudi Arabia, including B2B and B2C, preferably in real estate.
- Understanding of residential and commercial property markets.
- Strategic thinking with knowledge of digital marketing, event management, CRM, and print processes.
- Proficiency with new technologies and software.
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
