Team Leadership & Management
- Supervise and guide a team handling digital marketing, events, pre-qualification, and market research.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure coordination across the team’s responsibilities.
- Provide training, performance feedback, and development plans for team members.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, exhibitions, PR, etc.).
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and deliverables.
Digital Marketing & Corporate Communications
- Oversee the company\'s digital presence including the website, LinkedIn, Twitter, and email campaigns.
- Approve and supervise the creation of corporate greetings, marketing campaigns, and branded content.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and technical content.
Trade Shows & Events
- Prepare plans and budgets for industry exhibitions and events.
- Ensure EIC is properly represented through booth design, promotional items, and pre/post-event activities.
- Review and assess event ROI and ensure qualified leads are passed to sales.
Sales Enablement & Pre-Qualification
- Ensure timely delivery of pre-qualification documents and approvals with key clients (e.g., SEC, Aramco, EPCs).
- Support the sales team with value propositions, customer case studies, and competitive analysis.
Public Relations & Media Engagement
- Manage PR initiatives including press releases, media coverage, and reputation management.
- Develop relationships with media outlets and industry publications to raise the company’s profile.
- Identify speaking and sponsorship opportunities to position EIC as an industry leader.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.
- Deliver periodic market reports to support strategic planning, sales development, and geographic expansion.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing & Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the energy, electrical equipment, or power distribution sector is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Competent in digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
